- This music video features elements of both narrative, as well as performance in terms of the genre characteristics, however the narrative features small segments in order to create narrative fuzz.
- In terms of the conventions of this music video, it features typical camera shots including a number of close ups and mid shots in order to show the artist lip syncing. Therefore in terms of Archer (MTV article) it represents the 'meat' of the video through numerous close ups.
- The video also features content which relates to a younger generation of audience, including the use of dancing etc.. It can also be reinforced through the use of costume, due to the fact they wear casual clothes and caps, also representing themselves, in terms of star image, as young.
- In terms of Barthes throry, the use of different codes are evident throughout the production. The use of action codes are used in order to create narrative. The variation in the shots also reflects many elements such as the different contextual information including use of location.
- The idealization of women is not a present feature within this track as women are absent therefore we are only represented with mainly the artist themselves in voyeuristic manner.
- The use of prevelence of the artists therefore allows the interaction between the audience and the artists.
